Together, we’ll create an affirming space to explore your sexual desires, unlearn limiting beliefs, and cultivate the fulfilling, authentic connections you deserve.

Many individuals and couples experience challenges around sexuality, whether it's navigating desire differences, feeling disconnected from their bodies, or overcoming shame and trauma. These struggles can create feelings of isolation, frustration, and confusion. In sex therapy, I provide a nonjudgmental, supportive environment where you can explore your desires, address any anxieties or discomforts, and work through past experiences that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll unpack any limiting beliefs, build healthy communication skills, and foster a deeper understanding of your sexual needs and boundaries. My approach is rooted in compassion and affirmation, ensuring that you feel empowered to cultivate the intimate connections you deserve.

You’re tired of feeling caught in this cycle:

  • Feeling disconnected from a partner due to differing sexual desires or mismatched libido

  • You and your partner(s) hitting a wall whenever discussing sex and intimacy

  • Struggling with body image issues, feelings of shame about sexuality, or anxiety surrounding performance and intimacy

  • Exploring changes in sexual orientation, identity, or interests that might feel confusing or need clarification

  • Seeking guidance on navigating polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, or kink dynamics in a healthy, consensual way

Working with a therapist who specializes in sex and intimacy can be a game changer. Sex therapy can help you to finally work through stuck spots, rather than staying gridlocked. I can help you to identify needs, process feelings, understand your cycle, navigate agreements/boundaries, and heal attachment wounds that get in the way of enjoying sex and intimacy in your relationships.

Therapy with me will feel gentle, relational, and empowering. Navigating sex and intimacy can be scary and hard, but I have your back!

meet your sex & Relationship Therapist, Ginelle.

I am deeply committed to supporting marginalized folks in embracing their authentic selves, navigating relationships with confidence, and breaking free from limiting cycles.

We live in a world where neuroqueer folks are marginalized, leading us to really struggle with self-acceptance and love. We experience rejection on many levels. Of course, this shows up in our relationships. Rejection fucking hurts, so we create a shield. This shield protects, but sometimes blocks our loved ones from really seeing us.

I help by guiding you to a place where it feels safe to be seen, where you know you’ll be held and comforted as you take that risk.
