You're here because you want to feel secure in yourself and your relationships.

You’re craving the opportunity to live authentically and to feel empowered in yourself and your relationships. You’re wanting to challenge the status quo, work toward radical self-acceptance, and show up with confidence for yourself and others. You’re wanting to do this with a therapist who not only understands but affirms your marginalized identities.

You’re in the right spot.

How I work

At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that every individual's unique experiences and identities deserve respect, understanding, and a supportive environment for healing and growth.

As a queer and neurodivergent-affirming therapist, I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore their authentic selves without judgment. I understand that each person’s journey is distinct, and I am committed to honoring their diverse backgrounds and perspectives. By fostering an environment of empathy and acceptance, I aim to empower clients to navigate their challenges, build resilience, and cultivate meaningful connections in their lives.

Therapy with me will feel gentle, relational, and empowering. Navigating tough stuff in your personal life can be scary and hard, but I have your back! So it can also be really beautiful and bring you closer to yourself and your loved ones.

I am a neuroqueer identified therapist born and raised in Southern California. I am half-Mexican and half-White, and I come from a single-parent household.

When I am not therapizing or deep in the throes of attachment work, you can find me chilling with my cat, Scully, or…

Crushing on…

Dana Scully from the X-Files (yes, she’s my cat’s namesake).

Collecting…

Betty Boop and VHS tapes from Vintage Stores

Waiting for…

Halloween - by far my fave holiday!

Expressing myself through…

Getting new tattoos

In my happy place at…

Joshua Tree National Park (ideally), or anywhere in nature.

And underneath all of it? I'm just a hopeless romantic who nerds out about relational dynamics and attachment theory for a living. I want nothing more than to help you feel closer to yourself and the people you love.

Love is complicated.
Let’s talk about it.
