Coaching, wherever you are. Unlike my therapy services, coaching is available to folks outside of California and around the world. Wherever you call home, we can work together virtually!
My coaching focuses on identity, non-monogamy, relationships, sexuality, kink, and exploring ways of living and loving beyond the status quo. Together, we’ll get curious about what you want, challenge expectations that no longer fit, and explore possibilities that align with your values. Unlike therapy, which may focus on mental health, healing, and processing past experiences, coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused space centered on personal growth, self-discovery, and intentional action toward the life and relationships you want to create.
