Jenn Ortega (she/her)
Operations & Billing Manager
Jenn serves as the Operations and Billing Manager at Radical Love Therapy, providing essential support to both the practice and its clients in navigating all financial matters.
With a compassionate and knowledgeable approach, she manages Good Faith Estimates (GFEs), creates Superbills for insurance reimbursement, and assists with a variety of other administrative needs.
Jenn’s career in healthcare began in 2005, where she held numerous roles including Certified Medical Assistant (clinical and clerical), Chiropractic Assistant, and ultimately transitioned into leadership positions, managing several private practices. In 2020, she found her true calling in the mental health field.
Jenn’s Expertise
In addition to her administrative expertise, Jenn is deeply committed to healing and mental wellness.
Her passion for helping those affected by addiction led her to become a Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT) in 2021, reinforcing her dedication to supporting individuals in recovery.
Although Radical Love Therapy does not bill insurance directly, Jenn ensures clients receive detailed Superbills (statement of reimbursements), which can be submitted to PPO insurance plans for potential reimbursement.
Navigating insurance can be daunting, but Jenn offers hands-on support throughout the process. She provides clear, step-by-step instructions, joins clients on three-way calls with insurance providers, and is readily accessible via text, phone, and email.
