LGBTQIA+ Affirming & Inclusive Therapy

Therapy that honors your queerness, your wholeness, and your healing.

As a queer and neurodivergent-affirming therapist, I know how important it is to have a space where all parts of you are welcome.

Therapy with me is grounded in deep respect for LGBTQIA+ identities and experiences. I approach this work with an understanding that our relationships, mental health, and sense of self don’t exist in isolation—they’re shaped by family, community, culture, and the systems we move through. Together, we’ll create space for your unique story while working toward healing, connection, and self-acceptance.

I also bring an anti-oppressive and decolonized lens to my practice, meaning I honor the ways societal forces like racism, ableism, homophobia, and transphobia impact our well-being. Healing is not about “fixing” you, but about reclaiming your wholeness and finding ways to thrive that align with your values. Whether you’re navigating relationships, identity, intimacy, or the weight of past trauma, I’ll walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity. My goal is to help you feel more resourced, grounded, and empowered in who you are and how you connect with others.

I am deeply committed to supporting marginalized folks in embracing their authentic selves, navigating relationships with confidence, and breaking free from limiting cycles.

We live in a world where neuroqueer folks are marginalized, leading us to really struggle with self-acceptance and love. We experience rejection on many levels. Of course, this shows up in our relationships. Rejection fucking hurts, so we create a shield. This shield protects, but sometimes blocks our loved ones from really seeing us.

I help by guiding you to a place where it feels safe to be seen, where you know you’ll be held and comforted as you take that risk.

Love, identity, and all the complicated stuff in between…let's get into it.
