I’m Ginelle.
I am deeply committed to supporting marginalized folks in embracing their authentic selves, navigating relationships with confidence, and breaking free from limiting cycles.
We live in a world where neuroqueer folks are marginalized, leading us to really struggle with self-acceptance and love. We experience rejection on many levels. Of course, this shows up in our relationships. Rejection fucking hurts, so we create a shield. This shield protects, but sometimes blocks our loved ones from really seeing us. I help by guiding you to a place where it feels safe to be seen, where you know you’ll be held and comforted as you take that risk.
Here’s how I can help:
-
Humans are wired for connection. It is so important to feel loved and connected to our partners and community. I am passionate about working with partnerships and helping them find the emotional connection they often long for. I utilize Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), meaning I facilitate the exploration of significant attachments and how they've shaped you and your approach to relationships and love. You'll develop a better understanding of what you and your partner need in order to feel heard, seen, and loved.
-
Being in poly/Non-Monogamy relationships can be incredibly healing. But, come to find out, healing is hard work! Sharing your loved one with other romantic interests can bring up a shit load of feelings and touch on our deepest attachment wounds. Therapy can be a gamechanger - especially when you work with a therapist that specializes in poly couples. Poly couple’s therapy can help you to finally work through your conflict, rather than getting stuck in it.
-
Many individuals and couples experience challenges around sexuality, whether it's navigating desire differences, feeling disconnected from their bodies, or overcoming shame and trauma. These struggles can create feelings of isolation, frustration, and confusion. In sex therapy, I provide a nonjudgmental, supportive environment where you can explore your desires, address any anxieties or discomforts, and work through past experiences that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll unpack any limiting beliefs, build healthy communication skills, and foster a deeper understanding of your sexual needs and boundaries. My approach is rooted in compassion and affirmation, ensuring that you feel empowered to cultivate the intimate connections you deserve.
-
Trauma-informed therapy recognizes the impact of trauma on mind, body, and relationships. My approach creates a safe, compassionate space where your story is honored, your survival strategies are respected, and healing unfolds at your pace.

I also work with individuals and relationships within the kink/BDSM community, providing a supportive and non-judgmental space to explore unique dynamics and expressions of intimacy. We work to cultivate communication skills and negotiate boundaries that feel safe for everyone. We also work through navigating and processing shame around these identities while fostering self-acceptance and empowerment.
